Age Limit: Minimum age should be 18 while maximum should be 27 years as on 1st August 2015. Details regarding to upper age limit for relaxation please read notification.

Education Qualification:
Applicant must have clear 12th class (intermediate/higher secondary)  or any equivalent from recognized board or institute from the country. For more details please see notification.

Application Fee: General and OBC candidates have to pay Rs.100/- while SC/ST/Physically Handicapped and Ex-serviceman, there is no need to pay application fee.

Selection Procedure: Selection of the appropriate candidates will be done though a skill test for DEO vacancies while typing test for postal and sorting assistant (LDC) vacancies. decision of the commission will be final in all matters regarding to this recruitment drive such as eligibility, penalties, allotment of centres etc.

How to apply SSC LDC & DEO Recruitment 2015 ?
It is necessary that before applying you read notification first so that you can aware from requirements and basic needs of the authorities. Apply for both parts within time limit said by officials is important. Please note that webpage of SSC is only supports Internet Explorer and Opera so don’t use Firefox or chrome for application purpose.
Steps to apply online :
  • Go to official site of ssc at www.ssconline.nic.in or at www.ssconline2.gov.in
  • Now click on Part 1 Registration and fill all the mandatory details in it which are marked by “*” sign.
  • After filling click on “I Agree” button and then a page will be appeared with registration no which should be noted down or you can take print out of it as well.
  • General and OBC candidates need to pay fees either via online mode or using cash though State Bank of India. Online payment can be done though net banking or credit/debit cards. Those who want to pay via cash have to vist nearest SBI branch and must deposit fee within 24 hours after application submission.
  • Now upload recently taken passport size photo and scanned signature of yours in application form. After that submit it and upon successful submission of application, you will receive a confirmation email on your given mail address.
NOTE: Once you submitted details in application form then it can’t be edited again so verify twice before submission of application.
