School Service Commission of West Bengal State was came into existence 1st November 1997 with by keeping main aim to recruit various posts of teachers such as assistant teacher, primary teacher, upper primary teacher, headmasters or principals etc.
Right now it regulates all the activities regarding design syllabus and others to complete recruitment drive for the any posts that related with teaching. Every year this examination is taken in order to engage only eligible and talented candidates for various vacancies in all schools of the state.

WB TET 2015 Application Eligibility and Details:

Education Qualification :
  • Applicants must have done 2 years of Diploma In Elementary Education or 1 year B.Ed.
  • Must have clear senior secondary along with 4 year B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A.Ed/B.Sc.Ed.
  • Must have completed Graduation with at least 50% marks and 1 year B.Ed. (Special Education).

Application Fees:
For general candidates Rs. 250/- while SC/ST/PH-VH/PH-H/PH-OH candidates have to pay Rs.80/- by using cash challan in Axis Bank or via Power E Coll-NEFT nearby you.
How to Apply WB TET 2015 ?
Those who are fulfilling qualification and requirement as said in notification they can apply through online application by going to “Sahaj Tathya Mitra Kendra, Common Service centre (C.S.C.)” nearby you for candidatyes who have applied for 2013-WB TET while those who fresh candidates, registration for them will be starting from 18th June 2015.
Please keep in mind that before applying keep ready your passport size photo along with scanned signature. Steps to apply online for WB TET 2015.
  1. Go to official site at www.westbengalssc.com and read notification very carefully.
  2. Those who have applied for WB TET 2013, can click on “Go for Online Application” and fill out all the instructions as required and submit it.
  3. After submitting it, take print out of that filled application and within 24 hours make payment of application fees.
